Absolutely beautiful hotel, views over Tuscany incredible and the staff were so friendly. Lovely pool & pool bar and the hotel was so clean. They let us check in early and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was perfect lots of options of Pancakes, Meat, Breads and Pastries

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, eager to help. The view was so beautiful. We had a view of the pool and the Tuscan hills in the background. Our trip could not have been more perfect. The breakfast was great. Had coffee, tea, charcuterie, fruits, bread, toaster, can also order other items for an extra charge (such as omelette, fresh orange juice, etc) Staff was very friendly Dinner at the property was very delicious. We had the steak and pasta with boar ragu and both were very good. Pool area is nice and clean. Jacuzzi is there, operates by putting in some coins

It was nice to be able to share a triple room vs paying for 2 rooms. When my phone took an unfortunate dip in the pool they gave me a bowl of rice to attempt to save it. When it wasn’t saveable they helped me get a replacement delivered from Amazon. Great spa services too.

The hotel is located in the country side, the best Way to reach is by car. The Area is much local, you get the cance to experience the local country side, local Italiens, and are much Close (3km) to the Saturnia hot springs. The personal staff at the hotel including the manager, is sweetest and helpfull staff you Will find! And the hotel speak for it self! Most amazing hotel, beautiful and lovely rooms, great bed & ok bathroom.

Fantastic views, owner very friendly and asked my husband to play golf. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. A beautiful setting would highly recommend it.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, this was the perfect location The view’s are amazing !!! The staff very helpful and super friendly 5 min by car to the hot springs, a must see and experience!!! Too bad we only stayed one night , will definitely need to go back

The hotel is located at the top of a mountain, so the views from our room and from the dinner table were amazing. Everything was very clean, and the staff was wonderfully helpful. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we’ve experienced with many sweet and savory options. There was even a pancake machine that made a fresh stack for you at the push of a button. The hotel arranged for us to spend the day at the hot springs which was a true delight despite the rain.

Very friendly owners and staff. Excellently situated. Wonderful large pool amidst the hills overlooking the beautiful landscape. Good restaurant for a romantic dinner on a summer night. When we come back to that area, always again.

Could not recommend more highly. We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back one day. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very kind and helpful, the hot tub and pool were gorgeous, rooms were clean, restaurant was delicious. It had everything we needed and was just a short drive to the Saturnia hot springs. We felt well taken care of during our stay. The only thing I would change would be to book more nights here so we could enjoy more of the amenities and see the view longer.

My partner and I had the most amazing time. The view was unbelievable and the staff were awesome. We had talked to the owner about what to do in the local area and he did not disappoint.

The views here alone are worth the price of staying! Everywhere you look it’s just breathtaking. The staff were attentive and super friendly and the dinner was amazing as well.

The location is excellent, only seven minutes drive to the hot springs. There is a free parking next to the hotel. The pool is beautiful and clean. My favorite part is the breathtaking view of the endless Tuscan scenery from the pool. It’s very impressive and so romantic. There is a small pool bar where you can order food and drinks. Saturnia has many spa hotels, but this hotel is unique because of the exceptional service provided by their staff. They are very considerate of the guests. From the moment we called to booking a room to we checked in, we asked many questions, and the front desk staff patiently answered all the questions with a smile and great energy. The hotel is also generous in providing towels, which is rare to see in Europe.

This place was a paradise. I felt like I was in a fairytale or a honeymoon and I was not. Haha. The staff were great and accommodating. Check in was fast and painless.
The restaurant, oh my gosh, there is not enough I could say about the restaurant. It was high dining and such a good price. The place was tranquil and calm and so romantic. We got robes, and slippers. The room was well kept and the shower was romantic. We got a view of the sunset in the shower!
The price was great for the absolutely wonderful place we got.

The hotel is very beautiful with beautiful views. We got a deluxe room that was very big with a balcony. The staff was very nice and wanted to help, recommended activities, and preferred roots for driving. Also the restaurant of the hotel was very good!

Clean and spacious room, warm welcoming, fast check-in.

Exceptionally beautiful location. The perfect place to relax and recover. The hotel and grounds are clean, comfortable, well organized and inviting. The staff are welcoming and genuine. We feel like we are family there. The remote location makes it difficult to access without your own vehicle, however, the hotel arranged car service for us which made the experience even better!

The beds and pillows were very comfy, the room was spacious and clean with a great view overlooking the Tuscan countryside. We were offered a free room upgrade which was wonderful! The breakfast offering was great, the hotel restaurant we visited for dinner was cosy and warm and served excellent food. They also catered for gluten free. The service from the front of house staff was exceptional. Located only a 10 minute drive from the natural thermal springs, I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, the owner Iunio was extremely helpful and friendly. He picked us up from the train station and show us the area, the place is so remote and you cannot go around without a car. I suggest to get a car to enjoy all around the place.

It is a magical place! The location is excellent for those looking to relax and disconnect from the world. Everything is cared for until the last details. The staff is friendly and polite, the ladies from the wellness centre are highly professional and the massage we booked was very RELAXING. The hotel’s restaurant received a Michelin star in 2014 but also 2022 offers exceptional food, not to mention, the dessert we had so far was one of the best! We will definitely return

Good hotel the service the food the village is clean and the pool clean and very good the rooms are clean and some are big. I will come again and I will say to my friends that is the best hotel in Saturnia!!!

The road going to the property was pretty long and winding. But as we arrived, it was like we have arrived in a small paradise overlooking Tuscany. It was in a beautiful location. The rooms given to us is facing the pool with a small balcony. Rooms were small but clean. The pool was big. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Try the Florentine steak!!! It was just about a mile away from the Cascate Del Mulino.
