Eco-sustainability and green awareness

Being in a wild natural setting of incomparable beauty, it seems that the least we can do is respect the environment by promoting eco-friendly holidays in Tuscany.
For our part, we have implemented photovoltaic panels to produce part of our needs, both for electricity and hot water. In addition, we promote the consistent saving of drinking water through the use of recycled water that we use for toilets (this is the reason it may appear less clear), as well as to water the large garden and lawns.

By choice, we turn off all the non-essential lights or reduce the hours they are on.

The Director Carlo Crocicchia and his much-appreciated staff will be happy to supply all the information to enjoy the many beauties that surround us and enrich the experience with many activities, such as:

  • Relax at the Terme di Saturnia, from the Club della Sorgente to the Thermal Park, from the Gorello River to the Mulino Waterfalls
  • Bike tour (we are on the “Muro del Pirata” (Pirate’s wall), dedicated to Marco Pantani, who trained here)

  • Hiking (around here, it is actually quite tiring, given the territory of challenging climbs)

Tuscany in autumn

We visited in november, the weather was still nice around 19°C. Its a beautiful hotel, the view (which I recommend to book) is amazing! The staff is very polite and the food is delicious! It was really nice to try some local dishes from Tuscany. Nice cosy rooms, beds are good, not to hard not to soft. The hotsprings are worth a visit! Keep in mind that there are not changing lockers (only if you pay around 5 euro). And take off your silver.. or else it will turn black 😅

Majestic views of Tuscany. Excellent hotel with friendly and professional staff.

Excellent hotel to have a quiet time. A car is a must have ... 6 minutes drive from cascade del mulino natural thermal waters. The hotel is situated on a hill slope offering an absolutely splendid view of tuscany. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a restaurant for dinner and breakfast with traditional kitchen and really good quality. .Great service. Overall great. Calm and replenishing experience.
