The hotel is special and pleasant. We were welcomed by the hotel manager. A lovely man who cared about the guest. And a pleasant man. A recommended hotel. We booked for the night and because of the service and the attitude we continued for another night. Lovely people. Thank you for the warm attitude.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and provided exactly the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. The entire staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive, but we especially want to recognize the manager. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, professionalism, personal attention, and genuine hospitality made a wonderful experience even more memorable. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel so genuinely cared for. We left feeling completely refreshed and very grateful for the experience. We would absolutely recommend Saturnia Tuscany Hotel and look forward to returning. I came with my best friend, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. What stood out most was the incredible customer service—every interaction felt warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, and that level of hospitality is something I won’t forget. It was such a memorable stay, and I already know I’ll be returning—with my family next time! Beautiful hotel, amazing experience, but the service is what truly sets this place apart. A wonderful pool. As for breakfast, there was a meager selection of vegetables: on the first day, there were only tomatoes and cucumbers, while on the second day, there was only lettuce and carrot strips!

It’s a bit far to get to. Best way is by rental car. No bus, train close. Once at the property, it does not disappoint. Amazing views, great food, clean, helpful staff, great amenities. Highly recommended.
