The inventiveness and competence of its Chef, together with the skilled hands of all the professional staff, offer you food and drinks throughout the day, from à La Carte breakfast served at the table, to lunch and dinner,to snacks in all the hotel spaces, indoors and outdoors.

At the Restaurant “Chianina Pescatrice”, everything is focused on detail and quality, especially the raw ingredients. The bread, pasta, and desserts are homemade, and the Chianina meat is strictly certified with the IGP mark.

Great attention is also paid to guests, whom we protect as a Restaurant Certified by the Italian Celiac Association.

Thanks to the extraordinary location of our 4-star hotel with restaurant in Maremma, we can combine the quality of the culinary proposal with the pleasure of breathtaking views.

We focus a lot, in fact, on the pleasure of eating outdoors, setting up the veranda and the large terrace, our flagship.

The menu

Our guests can choose 3 courses from the restaurant’s à La Carte menu, two savory and one sweet, drinks not included.
A supplement is required for the Chianina Fillet, while the Fiorentina goes by weight.

At lunch, you can also opt for a tasty light lunch, ideal for those who prefer to stay light; at sunset, we organize aperitifs and also special evenings.

On Sundays, you can choose to have an a la carte lunch or take advantage of a rich and delicious brunch.

The Terrace

Here, on the border between dream and reality, your gaze is lost among the rolling hills and the endless green expanse, which goes as far as the hill of Poggio Murella and seems to touch the shores of the sea.

Such a wonderful view is the best way to enjoy any course.

The Veranda

Here is your “window on wonder”, able to infuse that typical warmth of hillside houses, thanks to the brick walls and large arches, which frame the gaze on the landscape of the Tuscan Maremma, giving the veranda a bright and welcoming atmosphere, rustic but at the same time refined.

The Main Hall

Perfect not only on rainy days when the weather conditions do not allow you to enjoy the pleasure of being outdoors on the terrace. The Main Hall is also an elegant location for pleasant evenings and delicious afternoons of good food, thanks to its warm environment, in perfect harmony with the refinement of our Chef’s creations.
