We are halfway up one of the three hills overlooking the valley where the magical warmth of the Spring, the Thermal Park, the Gorello River, and the Cascate del Mulino (Mill Waterfalls) flow — in other words, the Saturnia Thermal SPA! Once you reach the entrance of the thermal complex, you need to go up for just over 2.5 km along the road named after Marco Pantani, the “Muro del Pirata” and, on the left, you’ll find the large red brick building of the resort.
It’s best to have your own car to reach us, as getting here by public transport, trains, or buses can be quite complicated. Please do not rely solely on navigators or GPS; they often suggest winding or unpaved roads to save a few kilometres. Especially if you’re coming from the north via Grosseto, it’s better to take a slightly longer route through Manciano. We are close to the Club and the Thermal Park, just 2.8 km down the Marco Pantani Road. The waterfalls (the Cascate del Mulino) are about 4 km away.
We have an agreement with the Terme di Saturnia. Our guests have excellent discounts to go to the Club (the source of the Hot Spring, the millennial crater of the volcanic lake) and the pools of the Thermal Park and facilities to go to the free spa (the warm River and the waterfall, the Cascate del Mulino), which is available 24 hours a day.
Yes, we have a summer swimming pool 25 meters x 6, 1.40 meters deep, of normal water heated by the sun, saline because we use this purification system. THE USE OF A CAP IS MANDATORY. There is also an “open air” heated hydromassage tub, which we were forced to make “token-operated,” which lasts 20 minutes and costs 3 euros each.
No, anyone over 15 years old can access the SPA promiscuously and privately, but always for a fee. The treatments and massages are of different types, available on request and reservation, and always for a fee.

Yes, an external company provides Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on the resort premises. You can book rooms in BB, Bed and Breakfast (Room and Breakfast) and HB, Half Board (Half Board, with Room, Breakfast, and Dinner). Dinner can also be exchanged for Lunch.
Yes, pets are welcome at our place and can access the restaurant and the pool on a leash! There are some minor conditions: they pay 20 euros per night each; for space reasons, we accept them for bookings from the Lavanda Classic room upwards; they can also stay alone in the room on condition that the Guests remain in the facility. If they leave, they must take them with them. We expect them to be animals that can live with other animals.
