…the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area, and transport was arranged for a reasonable fee.

It is luxurious, but not uncomfortable. There are many spa options available. The staff is so friendly and attentive and it made you feel so welcome. The pool is pristine with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can purchase beverages and snacks poolside, and there is an array of seating and sunning options. The evening brings dinner where you can dine on the terrace and watch the sun set into the hills. Our room was very clean and comfortable and included a nice terrace for relaxing, along with a view! Breakfast was very generous. I wished that we could have spent more time here as we were passing through to see the hot springs. Highly recommended!

This place is a dream…feels like being in a disney castle with amazing views, comfy rooms, and excellent restaurants… the staff is very friendly and super helpful….

Saturnia Tuscany, in general, is a nice place with the hot springs very close by, very nice scenery, and easy access to neighboring places if you have a vehicle! The Hotel is nice and taken care of. The pool is a great place to hang out, enjoy the scenery, have a beverage, and relax! They offer Celiac-friendly food(AIC), and my wife never reacted once while we were there, so that was great.

Absolutely incredibly kind staff. They were courteous and helpful to my husband, who has difficulty walking, and showed him where he could get around comfortably on the property. Handicap accessible. The pool was incredible, the food was incredible (breakfast buffet was SO good), and it was only 8 minutes from the Saturnia Hot Springs. Affordable, high-end, and beautiful, not a combo you find often! Loved everything.

The room was good – very comfortable with a good shower and towels. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights and would certainly return if we are back in the area in future.

We ended up at Tuscany Saturnia Hotel when our booking at another Tuscany hotel was cancelled two days prior to our arrival. All I can say is that we were thrilled when we arrived. The hotel is wonderful and the view is breathtaking. It is in a good location and very close to the Terme di Saturnia. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had no complaints about the hotel breakfast which was included.
